For estate planning professionals
How it works for your firm
What used to take hours of meetings now arrives pre-completed. Your clients catalogue their entire estate on your branded portal — you receive structured, actionable data.
Your brand. Your clients. Their data — structured and ready.
Register your firm
Free. Two minutes. No card required. You’ll receive a free licence immediately — the full experience, nothing held back. Try it with a colleague or friend this afternoon and see the completed data come back.
Brand your client portal
Upload your logo, set your colours. Your clients access the service at your own branded subdomain — they only ever see your firm’s branding.
Purchase and assign licences
£30 per licence, with volume discounts available. Assign to a client with one click — they receive a branded invitation from your firm. Each licence gives your client 12 months of access from the moment they activate it.
Your client does the heavy lifting
They catalogue every asset — including specialist collections and high-value items — name their beneficiaries and allocate their estate on your branded portal, at their own pace, on any device. They can mark items as jointly owned with a partner or theirs alone. Clients who aren’t confident with technology can nominate a trusted person to help them — we call this person their proxy, someone who types while the client decides.
Receive complete, structured data
When your client confirms their allocations, you’re notified instantly. Properties, assets, beneficiaries, allocations, documents, ownership status — reviewed in minutes, not gathered over hours. Items flagged as needing specialist valuation are clearly marked. If your client chooses to share their HeirChat conversations with you, those records are included too.

What your clients see: HeirChat
Your clients can use HeirChat to discuss asset allocation with their beneficiaries — privately or in a group. Every message is timestamped and recorded. HeirChat conversations are private to your client by default — but they can choose to share them with you, giving you valuable context about how allocation decisions were reached.
